Dear Bitcoin developers,
I would like to propose a new BIP titled "Proof-of-Activity Reclamation=20
(PoAR)," which aims to address the long-term economic effects of lost and=
=20
abandoned UTXOs.
This proposal introduces a fully automated and rule-based mechanism to=20
gradually recycle coins that have been provably inactive for over 20 years.=
=20
These coins are returned to the undistributed pool and slowly reintroduced=
=20
via future block rewards=E2=80=94extending miner incentives while respectin=
g the 21=20
million BTC cap.
